For SMS Review Requests

To send text messages to your customers, you’ll need to complete A2P registration (a one-time industry requirement for business texting).

Business Name – The official name of your business.
Business Address – Your physical business address (used for verification).
Tax ID or EIN – Required for certain A2P registrations.
Business Type – For example, retail, healthcare, or education.
Contact Details – A valid business phone number and email (your email domain should match your business name).
For Email Review Requests

To send emails from your domain, we’ll help you securely connect it to our system so messages come directly from your business, not a third-party address.You’ll need:

Domain Name – e.g., www.example.com.
Login Details for your domain registrar or hosting account (like GoDaddy, Bluehost, or Namecheap).
DNS Access – We’ll guide you in adding SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to verify and protect your email identity.
